Open Flame to Gas Grill

!±8± Open Flame to Gas Grill

The known history of human beings indicates that the first step towards advancement towards a civilized life began when people started cooking their food. Although it was an accidental discovery as per what most of the anthropologists believe, but it was the great taste that made them continue with cooking on fire.

With further progress and innovations, better cooking arrangements were created and additives tried to improve the taste of food. Different recipes were tried and improved upon in the natural course. Different races and regions developed different ways to cook the same thing and this created a variety of different dishes for people to try.

The open flame was replaced with stoves cooking ranges and then the microwave cooking took it all out. The love of cooking on the open fire has still not died in any race. This is what has kept the tradition of bar-B-cue cooking alive in almost every country.

Although the wood was replaced with charcoal and now has developed into the great gadget known as the gas grill. But the taste probably is what our ancestors had enjoyed then which keeps calling all of us BBQ lovers back to the time when the first piece of meat was cooked.

Gas grill cooking is now much easier to enjoy the same taste as it was done on earlier designs of grills. The reason is the total control over the flame which prevents any burning as was very frequent with the other methods.

Open fire cooking is considered as a primitive method of cooking in the western countries; but it is still practiced in the Asian culture extensively as it suits their taste of food. Primitive or not even in America there are probably very few who do not enjoy BBQ which is not possible to cook in the same tasty way with the fire.

No matter what we do to advance in technology but our taste buds will continue to drag us back to the how the first piece of meat was cooked.
